Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creek and Company!

Our goal is to give our customers the best experience possible. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for returns and exchanges.

In Store & Store Pickup Return Policy:

Change your mind once you got home? No problem! We’d be happy to exchange or issue store credit if your item(s) meet the following criteria:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  2. Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition
  3. Item(s) must have all tags attached
  4. Item(s) must be accompanied by a receipt
  5. All sale items, health/hygiene and food products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note the following:

We do not give cash or card refunds. We would love to help you find another item or put the balance on a gift card for future use.

If you ordered online and selected store pickup, please pickup your items within 10 days of purchase to allow time for a return or exchange if needed.

Shipping Information for Online Orders:

We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible. We use UPS and have a $7 ground shipping (3-5 business days) and $20 priority shipping (2-3 business days) option. You will receive and email from info@creekco.com once your order has shipped with a UPS tracking number!

Online Return Policy:

Didn’t love your purchase? Creek & Co is happy to return your item(s), if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition
  3. Item(s) must have all tags attached
  4. Item(s) must be accompanied by a receipt
  5. All sale, shoes and Farm Fresh Products are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged

Return & Exchange Process:

If your return meets the above criteria, we would be happy to return your item(s)! All returns will be made at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable. We recommend shipping your package using USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. Creek & Co is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please include the following with your return:

  1. Completed Return Form sent with your package
  2. A copy of your receipt
  3. You may also bring the return in store within 14 days of the ship date. As always, please be sure to bring your receipt.

Please note the following:

The return total will be credited in the form of an e-gift card usable towards your next online purchase, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Creek & Co receives it.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 14 days or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, order processing and shipping may be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
